Xiaomi’s Redmi 9 will be available in the Indian market from tomorrow, know its price and variants

In India, Redmi 9 will be available in Sky Blue, Sporty Orange and Carbon Black color options and two variants.



Xiaomi has finally launched Redmi 9 in India. It has been launched in the Indian market in two variants. Its 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variants have been priced at Rs 8,999 while the variants with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage are priced at Rs 9,999. It will be available through Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home Stores and offline stores from tomorrow. It will be made available in three color options including Sky Blue, Sporty Orange and Carbon Black. In the Indian market, it will compete with Realme C12.

Redmi 9 specification

It has a 6.53-inch HD + display with a waterdrop style notch on top and a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels. It has an aura edge design on the back. The Media Tech G35 processor has been used in it. The company claims that Qualcomm is better than Snapdragon 439 processor which was in Redmi 8. The smartphone has a 5000mAh battery and 10W fast charging facility. It has a primary lens of 13 megapixels, while a 2 megapixel ultravide and 2 megapixel depth sensor is present. The smartphone has a 5-megapixel front camera for taking selfies.



Realme C12 will compete

The direct competition of Redmi 9 is from Realme’s Realme C12 smartphone. It has used 6.50 inch HD Plus resolution IPS LCD display. MediaTek G35 processor is also available in Realme C12 smartphone. However, this smartphone only gets 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variants. The price of Realme C12 smartphone is 8,999 rupees.
