New Delhi, Business Desk. The country’s largest bank State Bank of India (SBI) offers UPI services to customers through its SBI YONO LITE App. There is a maximum transaction limit of ten thousand rupees at one time and maximum rupees 25,000 rupees in a day. With this service of SBI, customers can easily transfer their funds. But sometimes it happens that the fund transfer fails. Let us know what to do when your SBI UPI fund transfer fails.
1. If the money has been deducted from your account but the transaction has not been done, then UPI transfers the amount back to the payer’s account at the same time. If the amount is not received back by the payer, the customer can complain on the SBI Yono Lite app itself.
2. Once the payment is initiated the payment request for funds transferred through the YONI Lite SBI app’s UPI facilities cannot be stopped.
