Not all farmers get the benefit of this scheme. There are terms and conditions of which farmers will be eligible for this scheme. There have been many such cases in which ineligible farmers have also become involved through fake documents. In such a situation, those people who have been involved in this scheme in a fake way may have to face the tough action of the government. The government will identify such ineligible people and recover the amount transferred.

That is, if the farmers who are not taking money wrongly despite not being eligible, then the government will recover their pie. A large number of beneficiaries have been found in Tamil Nadu who were taking advantage of the scheme in this fake way.

More than 38,000 people, who are not eligible to avail the scheme, have been found in Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu. Apart from this, 9 lakh ineligible beneficiaries have been found in Assam during the verification of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

These were people who had nothing to do with agriculture. According to the report released in the media, the government has so far recovered Rs 61 crore from such fake beneficiaries. In such a situation, this action can continue on a large scale.
