Earlier, in September 2020, the last date for submission of life certificate was extended to November 2020, giving relief to pensioners due to Corona viral. After this, the government extended the date to December 31, 2020. However, there has been no reduction in the outbreak of Corona virus, due to which the date of submission of certificate has been extended once again. Now all pensioners of the center can submit their life certificate from 1 November 2020 to 28 February 2021. As time progresses, lakhs of central government pensioners will continue to receive their pension without interruption.
