Take care if you have an account in SBI, you will not be able to avail this facility without having a mobile registered
This information was given by the bank itself on Saturday, so that customers do not become unnecessarily upset by being unaware of this.
State Bank of India (SBI) has now made OTP mandatory for all merchant transactions. OTP has been temporarily disabled on e-mail. In such a situation, the bank’s advice is that users should register their mobile number to get OTP and SMS alerts.
Although the RTGS service is available 24 hours keeping in mind the convenience of the customers, but today (26 December 2020) the bank’s internet banking service will not be active for some time. This is because SBI will upgrade its CBS application to provide more better facilities to the customers.
