Instagram’s special feature! Now searching will be more fun, will help in shopping

Instagram said in its post that Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence technologies are being worked on to make the user’s shopping experience better.

Facebook has recently announced that it is going to expand the ‘Shop’ feature on WhatsApp and Facebook. The company has shared a post by itself, in which the company has said to add visual search for shopping on Instagram. After the arrival of this feature, the user will get a different experience of shopping on the company’s platforms. Using this feature, users can discover relevant products on the Augmented Reality (AR) platform. The company said in its released post that we are working on Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence technologies to make the user’s shopping experience better.

We will provide users with a visual discovery tool on Instagram that allows users to visualize an item before purchasing it.

How will this new feature work?
The company has said that it will be testing Instagram’s new visual search, which will work on artificial intelligence, by the end of this year. To use this feature, the user has to click on a fabric of his choice, after which the user will be exposed to the options related to the design of that cloth. For this, users can also use their phone’s camera.

The company can also help brands available on Instagram to improve the AR try-on experience on Instagram, so that the user can know the fitting of a product before taking it.

According to the company, new tools will also be introduced for brands to include AR product catalog in ads on Instagram, which will show users products on Instagram according to their preferences.
