The ministry has asked for those not wearing such a helmet. Riders not wearing a helmet can be fined Rs 1000 and your driving license can also be disqualified under section 194C of the Motor Vehicles Act for a period of three months.

Along with this, as per the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, never drive under the influence of alcohol, which will result in imprisonment of up to 6 months and/or fine up to 10000 for the first offense and 2 years imprisonment and/or 15000 for the second offense. may be fined.
