HDFC Bank Gave Bigest Offers: HDFC Bank to offer cashback to shopkeepers to boost digital transactions, know other benefits

HDFC Bank has launched cashback offers and other incentives for small and medium-sized merchants in metro, semi-urban and rural markets, with an aim to increase digital payments among merchant segments. Merchants will use the bank’s merchant apps across all segments, including electronics, apparel, grocery, so that they can promote more digital transactions and take advantage of cashback offers.

HDFC Bank Head, Parag Rao stated that this is the first time for the bank, where we are expanding the new campaign to see the festival for small and medium traders across our network across the country. This program is not just for traders located in metros, but also in semi-urban areas.

He said that to promote various digital payment methods across India, it is imperative that merchant networks are made best and encouraged to change customer behavior, as this change is an important step towards digital.

He said that small and medium traders are important backbone of our merchant network. If merchants are enthusiastic about digital payments, it will push the use of electronic payments by customers.
