c’s another accomplice arrested in Sagar Rana murder case, 8 people arrested so far

Rohit Karor has been arrested by the Delhi Police in the murder of 23-year-old Sagar Rana at Chhatrasal Stadium. In this case, 8 people have been arrested so far, including the main accused Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar. Police have registered a case of murder, kidnapping and criminal conspiracy against Sushil Kumar.




It is alleged that Sagar Rana was killed and Sagar’s friends Sonu and Amit Kumar were injured in an alleged assault by Sushil Kumar and some other wrestlers on the night of May 4 at the Chhatrasal Stadium complex in Delhi. Police have already arrested Sushil Kumar, Ajay Bakkarwala, Prince, Bhupendra, Mohit, Gulab and Manjeet in this case. Police said that Bhupendra, Mohit, Gulab and Manjeet are active members of the Kala Asauda and Neeraj Bawana gang.

Sagar’s postmortem report stated that Sagar died due to brain injury as a result of the impact of an attack from a heavy object on his head. All injuries are antimortem in nature. Earlier, the Forensic Science Lab, in its report, had justified the video footage of the mobile in which Sushil is seen beating Sagar with his colleagues.

It is alleged that on the night of May 4, four people, including 23-year-old Sagar Rana, were kidnapped and beaten fiercely at Chhatrasal Stadium by Sushil and his associates. Prince Dalal, one of the attackers, had videoed the incident. When police arrived at the scene, everyone escaped, but Prince was caught. During the search, a mobile phone was found from him. Some videos were found on the phone in which Sushil Kumar is seen beating up his colleagues. The reason behind the incident is said to be a dispute over a property located in the Model Town area.
