The FD scheme is offered to Indian customers through Google Bridge, API. Initially, Equitas Small Finance Bank FD will be given for a period of one year, with a maximum interest rate of 6.35 per cent. The report states that Aadhaar based KYC is mandatory to open FD.

You can book Equitas FD through Google Pay even if you do not have a savings account at Equitas Small Finance Bank . The money will be withdrawn from your current account and if you go into the details of interest .. 7-29 days, 30-45 days, 46-90 days, 91-180 days, 181-364 days, 365 days will be given. 3.5 per cent interest for short days and 6.35 per cent for 1 year.
