How to make e-nomination for BP account ? Very easy ..!

The EPFO ​​system has mandated that all BP account holders must update their EPF account with an e-nomination. But no one took this order seriously.

By e-nominati the BP account, the family of the owner of the BP account can avail the benefits of the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI) scheme offered by the EPFO ​​system.




If a BP accountant dies, a minimum of Rs 2.5 lakh and a maximum of Rs 7 lakh can be availed through the EDLI scheme.

But to get this amount you have to do e-nomination. OK How to update e-nomination ..?!

Step 1: First go to the EPF website https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/index.php

Step 2: Click on the Services tab

Step 3: Then select the category for Employees, i.e. ‘For Employees’

Step 4: The site will then take you to a new web page, under the Services tab at the bottom left, click Member UAN / Online Service (OCS / OTCP).

Step 5: This site will take you to the BP account site where you will need to enter your UAN number, password and captcha code and log in.

Step 6: Usually all Pip accounts will receive an alert message regarding e-nomination as soon as they are logged in. For those who do not receive the alert message, click on the ‘Manage’ tab and click on the e-Nomination.




Step 7: Click yes where you want to add family members

Step 8: Click on ‘Add Family Details’. You can have more than one click on this site.

Step 9: Then click on Nomination Info. Anyone can choose how much to divide.

Step 10: Once completed, click on ‘Save EPF Nomination’ to save the data.

Step 11: On the next page you need to ‘E-sign’ and get OTP for it. OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked to the Aadhaar-Pan-BP account.

Step 12: Just register the OTP received on the mobile number and the e-nomination is complete.
