What services will be closed?

Services related to balance check, deposit, fund transfer and other payments by mail will be closed on June 10 and June 18. HDFC Bank customers can access balance and other services through WhatsApp by registering and following simple steps.

Save chat banking number 7070022222 in your contact list. Enter the last 4 digit Customer ID and OTP received by SMS on your registered mobile number.

Step 2 : Select from Options

Once you register your number, you will get the following options to choose from.

– Credit Card Services

– Apply for Product

– Other Services

Step 3 : Click on ‘Account Services’ for balance enquiry, transactions and other such service transactions. Hereunder, you will find the services and other information below.
