Bank Holidays: The first week of November is full of festivals. There are festivals like Diwali, Bhaiya Dooj, Govardhan Puja in the first week of November due to which the bank will not work. According to the holidays issued by RBI, there are also days when banks will not open due to festivals or anniversaries in certain areas.

Because of this, the bank is going to be closed for 5 days next week. There are festivals like Diwali, Bhaiya Dooj, Govardhan Puja in the first week of November due to which there will be no bank band.

According to the holidays issued by RBI, there are also days when banks will not open due to festivals or anniversaries in certain areas. According to the RBI calendar, bank holidays are different in different states. According to the calendar of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) there is a long list of holidays in the month of November.

According to the list of bank holidays issued by RBI, you should settle the work related to your bank. With this, you can avoid problems like going back to the branch and getting stuck in work. The month of November is starting with Kannada Rajyotsava. Therefore, banks in Bangalore and Imphal will remain closed on 1 November 2021. After this, on Narak Chaturdashi on November 3, there will be no normal functioning in banks only in Bangalore. There will be a bank holiday across the country on Sundays on November 7, 14, 21 and 28. At the same time, due to the second Saturday on November 13 and the fourth Saturday on November 27, banks will remain closed across the country.

Holidays in the first week of November..

  • November 1 – Monday – Kannada Rajyotsava – Banks will remain closed in Imphal and Bangalore.
  • November 3 – Wednesday – Banks will remain closed in Bengaluru on account of Naraka Chaturdashi.
  • November 4 – Thursday – Banks closed in cities like Agartala, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Gangtok, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kochi, Mumbai, Nagpur, Lucknow due to Diwali and Kali Puja Will stay
  • November 5 – Friday – Govardhan Puja – Banks will remain closed in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bangalore, Gangtok, Dehradun.
  • November 6- Saturday – There will be a holiday of bank employees in Gangtok, Imphal, Kanpur, Lucknow of Bhai Dooj.
  • November 7 – Sunday holiday.
