New Delhi: Central employees have got the gift of 31 percent dearness allowance and relief under the 7th Pay Commission, but the arrears of 18 months have not been decided yet. It is expected that after Diwali i.e. in November. A decision can be taken on this, since the matter has reached PM Modi and he can also find a solution soon. Although no statement or indication has been given on this by the government, but the relief news is that 31 With the percentage DA, arrears will be available after July, which will benefit 1 crore employees in salary and will see a big jump every month.

In fact, recently the Modi government of the Center has increased the DA and DR of 28 percent of central employees and pensioners to 31. This will increase the annual burden of 9488.74 crore on the government exchequer and about 1 crore employees will get big benefits in salary. This will benefit 47 lakh 14 thousand employees and 68 lakh 62 thousand pensioners. This increase of DA / DR will be applicable from July 1 to December 2021. The benefit of increased DA can be seen in the salary of October.

The money for the same 3 months July, August, September arrears (DA Arrear news) will also be available, although the decision of June’s arrears has not been done yet. Here, the Pensioners Forum of India (BPM) has sought the intervention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the release of Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) dues for Central Government employees and pensioners at the earliest and has written a letter to this effect. But demanded a quick decision. After reaching the matter to the PM, it is expected that he can take a decision on 18 months dues in November.

Know how much salary will increase after 31 percent DA

After the 31 percent DA/DR increase, the salary of those with a basic salary of Rs 18000 will be increased by Rs 540 per month or Rs 6,480 per annum. 5580 rupees will be available after 3 percent increase. That means there will be an increase of Rs 540 in the salary of the employees. That is, after 31 percent DA, 56,900 salary earners will get an allowance of Rs 17,639 per month with an increase of 1,707 in the salary. Similarly, those with 36000 and 56000 thousand salary will also get benefit. The same Travel Allowance and City Allowance, Provident Fund for Retirement and Gratuity will also increase.
