IRCTC Indian Railways New Trains Latest Updates: Indian Railways will run 200 new trains from Monday, 1st June. According to the railway, all passengers will be required to wear face cover / mask even from entry to station during the journey.

Indian Railways is going to run 200 new trains from Monday, 1st June. These trains will be different from the currently running 15 pairs of labor special and AC special trains. Please tell that ticket booking has started for these trains from May 21. Passengers can now get reservation for these trains even 120 days i.e. 4 months in advance.



However, with regard to travel on these trains running from June 1, the Railways have set some guidelines and rules for passengers, which are mandatory to follow. The rules and guidelines issued by the Railways will also be applicable in the already running 15 pairs of 30 AC special trains.

Let’s know what the rules of railway are for traveling in trains …

According to the information given by the railway, in addition to the official website and mobile app for these 200 trains, one can also book tickets from railway station counters, post offices, passenger ticket facilitation centers, official agents, passenger reservation systems and common service centers. .

– Railways has increased the period of advance reservation (ARP) for all special trains from 30 days to 120 days. These include 15 pairs of trains operating on the route of Rajdhani trains from May 12 and 100 pairs of new trains running from June 1. That is, passengers will be able to book tickets for these trains even 120 days before the day of travel. With this, passengers will be able to avail the facility of Tatkal tickets and current booking for the journey from 1 June. That is, passengers will be able to get Tatkal tickets on May 31 for the journey on June 1.



No unreserved (UTS) ticket will be issued to any passenger during the journey nor any other ticket will be issued. That is, the ticket checking officer will not have the right to give tickets during the journey.

– RAC and waiting ticket will be given as per the existing rules, however the person with waiting ticket will not be allowed to board the train. According to the current rules, 20 waiting tickets can be booked in AC 1, 50 in AC 2, 100 in AC 3 and 200 in Sleeper Coach.

-The first chart will be prepared at least 4 hours before the train’s running time and the second chart will be prepared at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Till now the second chart was prepared 30 minutes ago. Only online ticket booking will be allowed between the preparation of the first and second charts.



Keep these things in mind before traveling on a train

All passengers will be required to wear face cover / mask during entry and during the journey. After arriving at their destination station, passengers will have to follow health protocols that have been made by the state / UT there.

To facilitate thermal screening at the station, passengers have to reach the station at least 90 minutes before.

– Sick people will not be allowed to travel. Social distance will have to be maintained on both passenger stations and trains.

Only passengers with confirmed tickets will be allowed to enter the railway station.

-No cumber or sheet will be provided inside the train
