Washington. The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has said that the US will conduct a second lottery for successful H-1B visa applicants. The decision will give a second chance to hundreds of Indian IT professionals who could not get H1B visas in the earlier selection. USCIS said it did not receive a sufficient number of Congress-approved H-1B visas during a computerized draw for H-1B visas held earlier this year. So the second draw was decided.
